These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of hellomaeva.com (the “Site”), operated by Maeva Med, PLLC, doing business as Maeva Aesthetics (“Maeva,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. No medical advice; no patient relationship

The Site is for general informational purposes only. Content about treatments, “The Maeva Method,” and aesthetic medicine is educational and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and does not establish a provider-patient relationship. Always consult a qualified provider about your individual circumstances. No outcome is promised; results vary by individual.

2. Eligibility

The Site is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, images, design, logos, and the “Maeva” name — are owned by or licensed to Maeva and protected by intellectual-property laws. THE MAEVA METHOD® is a registered trademark owned by Adriana Culling (U.S. Reg. No. 8,115,662) and used by Maeva under license. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by these Terms.

4. Appointments, booking, and communications

Requesting or booking an appointment through the Site does not by itself create a binding appointment until confirmed by Maeva. Cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, and no-show terms are provided to you at the time of booking. By providing your phone number you agree we may contact you about your appointment; see our Privacy Policy regarding text messaging.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Site unlawfully or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems.
• Do not scrape, copy, or harvest content except as expressly permitted.

6. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or integrate third-party services, including our online scheduler and social media. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, services, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maeva from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute will be the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and your continued use of the Site means you accept them.
