Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We require at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to a $150 fee.

Clients who miss their appointment without advance notice may be unable to book future services, as we strive to accommodate all clients fairly.

Appointments requiring a deposit

Certain appointments require a deposit to reserve your time. Deposits are not automatically refunded if an appointment is canceled within 48 hours; however, refunds may be considered upon request.

Each deposit includes one rescheduling opportunity with adequate notice. Additional changes may result in forfeiture of the deposit and could affect your ability to book future appointments.
