This is a highly in-depth plan, and the more information you provide, the more accurate and detailed your recommendations will be. Your plan may also be reviewed by other Maeva providers to ensure we’re offering the best solutions for your unique needs. While the plan is crafted with care, it’s important to note that final recommendations and adjustments may evolve during your in-person assessment.
Other Important Notes:
This service is entirely remote—you’ll receive a detailed, personalized plan without direct conversation with Adriana during this phase.
For in-person appointments with Adriana, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service scheduled will be required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the cost of your treatment.
Depending on your goals and Adriana’s assessment, she may recommend working with one of our other expert providers. You’ll always receive the same high-quality care, attention to detail, and results-driven approach that our practice is known for.
Appointments with other Maeva providers do not require a deposit, but our cancellation policy applies. This policy is subject to change depending on availability and demand.
While we do our best to accommodate in-person appointments and have created what we believe to be adequate availability based on the number of treatment plans we offer per month, we cannot guarantee an in-person appointment.
Please remember that all appointments are subject to our cancellation policy, which ensures fairness and accountability for all clients and providers.
